Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a voucher on SriLankaHubDeals LK (https://deals.srilankahub.lk), operated by SriLankaHubDeals LK. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying

A voucher is a prepaid right to a product or service from the business named on the deal (the "merchant"). SriLankaHubDeals LK sells the voucher; the merchant provides the product or service and is responsible for its quality, safety and delivery.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees and include any taxes shown at checkout.
• Card and other payments are processed by PayHere. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically.

Using your voucher

• Each voucher has a unique code and a 4-digit security code. Show them at the venue; the merchant checks them before giving you the deal.
• A voucher can be used once. Keep your codes private: anyone holding them can use the voucher.
• Book ahead if the deal says so, and check the fine print for conditions such as days, times and limits per person.
• Vouchers are valid for the period shown on the deal (usually 90 days from purchase).

If you don't use your voucher in time

If a voucher's deal period ends before you use it, the amount you paid isn't lost: you can still use it towards the same merchant's products or services for another 365 days. After that, the voucher has no value. We email reminders before your voucher expires.

Gifts

You can buy a voucher as a gift. We email it to the recipient, who can use it in the same way. The buyer remains responsible for the order, including any refund.

Promo codes and site credit

Promo codes and site credit can be used only on SriLankaHubDeals LK, can't be exchanged for cash and may have their own conditions. We may withdraw a promo code that is being misused.

Refunds

See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 9 of 2003, or any other law that applies.

If a merchant closes or can't honour a voucher

Contact us. If the merchant can't provide what you paid for, we will refund the voucher.

Your account

Keep your password secret. You are responsible for orders placed with your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
